Welcomed in the inbox:

• Comments, including criticisms - users are encouraged to leave recommendations/suggestions in the comments sections of appropriate posts.
• Press, media, etc inquiries
• Cybersecurity related jokes/memes
• Anything that isn't on the "not so welcomed in the inbox" list.

Not so welcomed in the inbox:

• Attachments - they will not be opened under any circumstances.
• Requests for "guestposting" or "sponsored content" - reference the avoidthehack about section
• General questions for support/recommendations - users are encouraged to leave comments on the appropriate posts; this helps other users with similar questions get the answers they're looking for too. I'm also pretty active on social media like Twitter and Mastodon.
